We helped Keo develop a consistent architectural style for their franchise. They had created a distinct identity with the first store, and wanted to make an obvious connection to the second store. We used the same clean lines with wood and stone materials to create a natural, modern space.
Another concern was seating. They wanted to fit as many seats and people in the restaurant as possible, aiming for an indoor/outdoor space.
The flow of a restaurant was also very important, flow for customers, the flow of servers in and out of the kitchen, the flow inside the kitchen, clean and dirty dishes
